Scrolls, potions, wands. Most scrolls and potions use generic enchantments
in the range 0-63. However there are some scrolls and potions of
Hallucination with an enchantment value of 69 (581) mapping onto
enchantment 213, and a wand of the Frog with an enchantment value of 67
(579) mapping onto enchantment 211. Looks as if the cutoff point is 64,
and we add 144. What the exact range is I don't know, perhaps Underworld
II will give a handle on that, but it's a big job to investigate all the
enchantments there!

The wand of the Frog is the only wand to be enchanted directly rather than
via a spell, as it can never run out.
