Just installed tSQLt using tSQLt.class.sql file (Release: V1.0.4721.29450). Got the following dependecy complaints:

    Compiled at 2012-12-17 09:57:17.300
The module 'Private_ApplyCheckConstraint' depends on the missing object 'tSQLt.Private_RenameObjectToUniqueNameUsingObjectId'. The module will still be created; however, it cannot run successfully until the object exists.
The module 'Private_ApplyForeignKeyConstraint' depends on the missing object 'tSQLt.Private_RenameObjectToUniqueName'. The module will still be created; however, it cannot run successfully until the object exists.

Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

We have been working on resolving these warnings, but (as you can see) are not completely there yet.  However, rest assured, all objects are delivered. These warnings are just telling you that the install scrip is running things out of order. You can ignore them.
