Version 1.0 release

tsmap ver. 1.0 release.
tsmap is osm map viewer. And using it's plugin feature, it can behavior like simple navigation system. Currentry, 3(+1) plugin is released for ver.1.0. These plugins can be get from svn.

1. GpsCentering plugin: map center is always setting by gps data which could get from gpsd.
2. TrackDataLogger plugin: keep track data from gpsd. It is show on the map, and when stop tsmap, these data which is formatted to GPX is saved
3. Pgrouting plugin: calculate shortest route to goal.

and last plugin is included tsmap itself. Where the plugin is osm tile manager. It is generating osm tile from osm data in postgresql/postgis.
