TSID2 0.2

As some changes in internal structure of TSID2 is schedule to be implemented, I prefere to release this version before do this, because for the first time the library did not have yet crash the player after hard use of it.

This version corrects some bugs in dynamic list generation, and has a better dynamic list regeneration. A xsidplay-1.6.5.1a patch is available for testing the library onto Unix system.

Else, a tool for converting stored data from TSID to TSID2 is already developed, but I did not release yet as I'm hard testing it.
For the next version I think to have else the tool for updating the TSID2 data has done for an HVSC upgrade.
