#4 ldap config

I am trying to configure the timesheet app to query my
OpenLDAP server. I am not sure what information I am
not provideding for authentication, but whatever it is
I definitely either don't have it stored in the
database or don't have it presented the right way.
Could I get some pointers on what info I need to put in
there. Thanks.
