Although I am not fully conversant in the exact design idea of the
authentication, I have just found an interesting situation whilst using
Konqueror.

I logged in as a user.  After browsing around, I wanted to login as
admin.  As I have removed the admin page link from my installation, I
typed the link to admin.php myself.  This worked of course.  The
interesting thing is that when I lated clicked the logout link admin
pages, it instantly and automatically log me back as the user I had
started as.

I haven't investigated this, but I wanted to get this on record for when
it is time to kick logging out into touch.
