#7 Timezone depends on user, not server

The timezone can now be configured in the configuration
settings. It would be more logical if it takes the
timezone of the user into account. I work with teams
over different timezones; you now have to use GMT or
something.

So: store in the database in UTC (or GMT), but convert
from/to local timezone.
