Hi there,
The Timesheet System looks to be perfect when I saw the snapshots. However, I am getting errors when in common.inc file when I tried to run the system on my machine. Below is the error description:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in C:\wamp\www\timesheetss\common.inc on line 787

I looked at the file and was not able to figure out where exactly problem lies. I followed all the instructions as mentioned INSTALL.txt file.

Can someone out there please help me in that.

Thanks

At this line of the code I have some documentation. It looks like there an error happened when you uploaded the file. Can you please upload the file again?

Sorry, my mistake. I was looking in the source code of "timesheet next generation". https://sourceforge.net/projects/tsheetx/?source=directory

I recommend you to switch to the new project. The code is more up to date.

Thanks Raffael for your reply, though I was able to resolve the same at my end (older version). :)
There is however one-two things which I need to confirm:

All the tasks entries are getting updated in task table in database and the same (tasks) appear at the front-end to the user to whom that particular task is assigned. Over here I want to confirm what happens if the task is completed (with Status as "Complete").
What I just found is even when we update the status of a particular task as Complete and also provided the complete date, it is still appearing in the tasks list of the user assigned and the user is easily updating the timesheet even if the task is closed (Status as "Complete" in database).

What I reckon is, if the task is completed (with status as "Complete" and also provided the complete date), it should get disappear from the list (at the front end) and should not be visible to the user.

Or is there anything which I am missing here? What needs to be done to make a task disappear from the user's list if the task is closed?

    Thanks
    Tarun
