#34 Delay to Log in the application

Hi,

We are using Timesheet PHP application.Sometimes it
takes lot of time to log in .Sometimes more than 5
mins.It doesn't give any timeout exception . Also this
behaviour is inconsistent. Have anybody else noticed it?
Do you know what maybe the cause and how to resolve
it. Can you tell me where to check for log files then I'll
ask our administrator to see the log file to see what is
going wrong.
