#31 Year/date problem in 1.3.0 CVS

Hi,

Trying to set the date to available option "none"
returns an error saying "ERROR: Invalid date. Please fix."

Also, the drop down menu says only "None, 1, 2, 3...10"
instead of 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, [...]. I accidently
set the date to "10" which then listed the full date as
March 16, 2010. At that point, the drop down menu has
proper year format of 2010-2020, but attampts to change
to the correct value (2005) fail because 2001-2009
isn't listed as an option.

This is for the "Projects" heading.
