#26 Names are cut when too long

When using openLDAP bindings, first name and last name
are cut to 10 characters.

The field should be varchar(255) instead of char(10) ?

Table structure are defined like that. I'll change this to
64 char. For admins, this modification won't use lot more
memory since varchar are dynamique array pointer in early
version of MySQL.
