#1 Nested Query Qualifications are not being added to query

If a QueryQualifiationSet with individual qualifications is passed through the service, everything performs as expected, however if a QueryQualifiationSet is passed in which contains a nested QueryQualifiationSet, the contents of the nested set seem to be lost or unparseable.
