#1 Visible from frame

In TSCV Menu generator (Motion menu options):
Visible from frame does not work.
There seem to be only results when 'All frames' is
selected.
This option is usefull when needing other entry
points for the chapters than from the chapterstart
(e.g. music DVD, starting with title).
