#41 Add support to uttsc
uttsc is a RDP client which Sun implemented. I think tsclient can add it in. Since the options are different with rdesktop and it only support RDPv5, so I'd like to add another protocol called "RDP v5(Sun Ray version).
uttsc has linux and Solaris version. To get it, please search "sun ray" from http://www.sun.com/download. Or direct link is http://www.sun.com/software/sunray/getit.jsp. It must run together with sun ray software installed.
This is kind of enhancement, I have already written the patch for it. Please review it.
