Guys,

I've broken up all the tasks required to get HTW up and running and
placed them on the sourceforge.net site.

If you would like to get started please feel free to take on an
unassigned task.  Currently all tasks are unassigned.  There are
currently 4 sub-projects and within each sub-project are individual
tasks.
