The problem is not on the sourceforge end at all. You *must*
use a ssh method like PuTTY. I use the real 'ssh' by setting
CVS_RSH = ssh in the environment variable.
Also, if you checked out the sources via anonymous pserver,
then modify and attempt to commit them, you will get a write
error as described in the Doc page I referred to.
My CVS works perfectly and I have the exact same priviledges
as you. Re-read the Sourceforge Doc I referred to and note
and perform everything that deals with PuTTY (Windoze version
of ssh as best as I could determine.)
(The RIG *rig, does handle the I/O in hamlib. I don't have
the standalone version written. I haven't thought much about
it yet until I get the hamlib version debugged.)
