For personnal reason I won't be able to comit anything for the next 2 mounth but the project is still alive offline.

We now have a Jira and Confluence account. I need to configure my pc or an other as a server to use it (works in local). I think Confluence will be use for the user doc and maven site + Confluence for the developer one...
