Reason: The user may not notice the units and give as input costs and not unitary costs.
Input means nothing it is only to reinforce the idea that the costs are an
input for the user.
Unitary energy costs means that the costs are divided by the total amount
of energy in question. For example, we can have the annual energy costs but
we can also have the annual energy costs divided by the annual energy
consumption, and this is what we refer as unitary energy costs, i.e., are
the energy costs per unit of energy, and this is what trustEE platform
requires to the user.
