This adds the first tests of the low-level ADIF and Cabrillo APIs in tqsllib to confirm it's functionality. It also includes a test for the recent addition of support for CR line-endings used under MacOS 9.

    Thanks for this - while I do a lot of scripted testing at the UI level, more testing at the APIs is definitely needed.
