#21 report whether current page is from cache or not

make U-blog! debug mode report, if the current page
came out of cache or if it's fresh.

this will have a lot to do with patTemplate and may
depend on its way of reporting cache status (if there's
any).

there's currently no way patTemplate reports back its cache
status. setting the priority one step lower.
