#65 Quote's PCR object doesn't get set on return

As mentioned in the comments of the Tspi_TPM_Quote
function in the TSS 1.1 spec, the PCR object passed to
the Quote command should have its PCR values filled out
using the data returned from the TCS_Quote command.
This is not currently happening.
