[Trouble-maker-developers] Error installing trouble-maker in RHEL5

Good morning Sir

This morning I was trying to install trouble-maker on my RHEL5
distribution.I followed the instructions mentiond on
http://trouble-maker.sourceforge.net/doc.html but on issuing
/usr/local/trouble-maker/bin/trouble-maker.pl --version=RHEL_5 cammand
I got following error

can't locate archive/tar.pm @INC

I am unable to solve the problem and need your help.So please fix this
problem for me.
