#11 Configuration screen is not centered anymore after changing resolution

When starting trophy and changing the resolution from the Configuration menu, the screen is not centered anymore. This is particularly problematic when reducing the resolution (e.g ./trophy --resolution=1920x1080 and switch back to 640x480).

As the screen is resized, the menu should be recentered too.
