#9 Need communication between windows at onload time

We need a way for one window to pass data to another window that it has opened (with a call to openDialog(), which is already implemented).

This might be done with arguments to openDialog(), or setting some special DOM object's value before the call to openDialog() is made.

Whatever the case, the arguments should be accessible to the newly created dialog's onload handler via a JavaScript array object of some sort.
