#16 Window does not raise (or display) on startup

This may be some issue with 10.5 (Leopard), but a XUL window is created, it will display in the doc, but it does not show raised on the desktop until the doc icon is clicked. It should display on the screen raised. Enabling or disabling spaces has no relevance.

Trixul is being run from the command line when this is observed. E.g.:

% sh runbox

    Fix checked in. Sending NSApp a activateIgnoringOtherApps message in CocoaAppImpl::Init() did the trick.
