Need to port libraries (expat and NSPR), and Makefiles for Mac to support Intel-based Macs.

For Makefiles, need to add "-arch i386" to the CFLAGS macros; in conjunction with -arch ppc, this will get us universal binaries, and it is already known to work. We would get more efficient results by instead generating the appropriate CFLAGS during a configure, but universal binaries are cool, too, and I have no evidence that the efficiency difference (other than size) is material.

For expat and NSPR, probably will build i386 libs and check them in, and copy the appropriate one to dist at configure time.

Port is complete, but will require testing on Mac OS X PowerPC, and port of all other platforms to the most recent implementation of JavaScript from Mozilla.

Much rework needed to make the jump on Linux, both platforms (Mac OS X Intel and Linux) should be in good shape now with respect to the JS engine.
