#7 Update student details

Tasks :

1. Retrieve list of students from database and display them as per their course, or department (whichever is preferred by the admin)
2. Display information about a selected student from the list including personal details , course information and fee payment schedules.
3. Provide form to edit personal and course related details of the student (fee payment history should not be affected during the process)
4. Verify updates and commit the changes to the database.
