Registering new course (Tasks) :

1. Form for collecting details of the new course including course name, description, duration of course etc.
2. form for defining the fee structure for the course
3. verification page before submitting the new course details to the database.
4. Commit the transaction to the database and generate a unique course id.
5. If successful, display a confirmation page for the transaction.
