Committed with slight modifications to fix eclipse warnings with revision 2373,
This is great work. I played a revised game, and it is definitely a much better AI than weak AI. I was quite happy when the British AI invaded and took Western Europe.
When I play with aa50-42, letting all players be strong ai, I get a Null Pointer after a while (I modified GameMap to throw a better exception, so do an update before you try to reproduce).
The exception is as follows,

I've spoken to Sean about adding a new AI. I've worked on it and am including a patch to the code for the changes. It defeats the Easy AI on either side, but isn't super hard to beat. Comments are definitely desired. There is a lot more that it could do...for sure. Thanks.
