I have taken a look at the documentation and the email archives for Triple and I do not believe the title of the Sourceforge page is exactly correct:
‘Turn Based Strategy Game Engine’
It appears the the TripleA is a complete game, although it is wrapped around the Engine.
I could be wrong and I have not looked at the source files yet, so I expect that I probably am. Could you please tell me, how hard would it be to create a new game, essentially similar to TripleA, but with new graphics and possibly a bit different combat/movement system?
I was expecting an Engine, where it is defined as such and then the TripleA part as an example of implementing it.
I know Java above beginner, so I am considering joining the developer team as well, if I decide to do this ‘Mod’
