#260 Adding explanations for the menu tabs in HELP

There should be an explanation in the HELP Menu about the diff. menu meanings.
As shown in the pict. i didnt check until now whats meant with "production tabs shown". And more:

• what is the "Game UUUId" for, the map skins, show map blends (ultra dark interface ??), focus on own casualities, confirm enemy cas., show battles between AI, for what can i use the Export files, in Game Notes should be mentioned EVERYThing that belongs to this game.
  (for example: for WW2 Revised its only mentioned that this map is a "A revised version of the basic rule set". But which rules were changed ?.
