#230 Option to set Save game location

It would be great to have the option to change the location of your Save game folder.
For people that don't use the default location, it requires a lot of clicking just to get your save game loaded, especially with PBEM playstyle.

Also, it would be great if TripleA would remember the view settings of the load/save game screen. For example, I sort it so I have the newest file on top, but I have to change the view to Detailed and sort on the Date field every time I open the Load screen.
