The game should allow more than one resource type, units to cost multiple resource types, and territories to produce multiple resource types. This would allow us to create more detailed scenarios where certain territories are strategic due to the resources they provide. For example Caucauses might produce 2 money and 2 oil while tanks cost 3 money and 3 oil. So unless you have oil you cant make tanks.
