#172 Artillery in AA50-1941

Can we add this optional rule:

"Artillery cannot attack alone": each attacking artillery unit must be matched with an attacking infantry unit. Artillery units continue to support infantry as normal, and can still defend alone. This rule only applies to an attacking force entering battle; once casualties are incurred, combat continues as normal regardless of the number of remaining artillery or infantry units.
