#1070 NWO 1939 Lebowski Notes

I find three things that matter with the NWO 1939 Lebowski notes. (1) "Marines" they cost 3 PUs and attack with the power 2, not the other way around like the notes say. (2) "Cavelry" are "Artillery" in the game, but the notes do not say so. (3) About "Bunkers" the text is "no stacking of bunkers, the rule is 1 bunker 1 terrory per turn. the game should be more balanced." This is ambiguous in my opinion. The way the game is practiced and the way the game allows it to be played is "The limit rule for purchasing and placing bunkers is 1 bunker for each territory owned at the beginning of the turn per turn." I have no idea what the "the game should be more balanced" is all about. I do not know of any game that allows more placing of bunkers that this and if the buker rule is more restrictive than this clearly something has to be done about the bombard rules also. But I have not heard of anyone who thinks there is something wrong about the way it is now, and I agree. Please change the text to my suggestion: "The limit rule for purchasing and placing bunkers is 1 bunker for each territory owned at the beginning of the turn per turn."
