#1009 exception when air transport is shot down

This happened with a local build, recently updated (around 2013-04-21 or so).

I was attacking a territory that had an AA-capable unit in it. That AA unit hit my air transport unit ("shuttle"), which was carrying a land unit ("thug").

    Submitter here; I don't have a save game from before this event, and my attempts to reproduce the problem in new games with edit mode have failed (dozens of thug-carrying shuttles have been shot down; no exceptions have occurred).
