#1006 error opening 1940 Europe and Global
I have a Mac running OS 10.4.11 and TripleA 1.6.1.2. When I try to open 1940 Europe or Global, I get an error stating, "Error reading PNG metadata." I also get the text in the attached Word document. All other maps seem to play OK, including 1940 Pacific. I have tried to delete and re-download 1.6.1.2 (and 1.6.1.4) and both of the problem maps several times, thinking there might have been a hiccup in the download, but I still get the same error. Please help!

maybe one of the images can not be read on your computer? do you still receive this error? can you try unzipping the map, and replacing the images one by one til you find the offending image?
sorry for the delay in getting back to you - I'm not sure what you mean by "image" - is it one of the graphics or a type of file? in either case, how do I replace them "one by one"? Thanks!
