#164 QueryCompleted field not set

Sometimes the TSA doesn't set the queryCompleted field in the RdResultDMEntry. It seems that it happens when the TSA didn't find any results. In this case the query was still completed.

Please always set queryCompleted field to true, unless the TSA didn't have enough time to perform the query.
