IRC is my preference as well, but I think it would be hard to find a GMT offset
closer to completely opposite from mine!  Either Indira is nocturnal, or our
friend lives somewhere around Abu Dhabi, Muskat, Baku, or maybe Tbilisi?

I'm tooting my horn out from Dallas, Texas (GMT -8)  Should I go get some JOLT?
