I had also downloaded and installed Webmin. It looks
like a good tool. We need to figure out what (if any)
its limitations are to determine whether its worth it
to write our own web administrator from scratch...
otherwise it'll just be like reinventing the wheel!

Alternatively we could just write some more modules
for Webmin as Stefan had suggested.
