#4 docs supplied in inaccessible format

the 1.0 ShiloshOS docs are supplied in "7z" format.
7zip is intended to run on windows, Which I do not run.
Also, the 7zip source does not have makefiles to build
for linux. The Windows binary fails on every one of my
friend's Windows machines.

The Fix:

Supply the docs as a gzipped or bzip2'd tarball, so
normal people can actually read them.

7ZIP is supplied as linux binary application and/or as source code
It is already supported by Midnight Commander too.

Tested and verified on Gentoo Linux 2006.0
