#7 reporting "apply"-updates

In addition to reporting all rules applied to the
infostate, trindikit should report all updates applied
"directly" by modules, i.e. using the "apply" command
in DME_ADL or the apply_update/1 predicate. This should
make it easier to follow what's happening in the system.
