The Trillian plugin installs fine for me but cannot connect to the server once I create an account. I receive the message "Failed to login error 80EF0193"
I've tried:
- Both Trillian v4 and v5 Pro
- All 3 connection options (TLS/TCP/UDP), all with the same error result.
- FQDN (retrieved from my OCS native client) and IP directly
- Loaded Pidgin v2.9.0 and the SIPe v1.10.0 MSI
Pidgin warned of certificate, to which I accepted for trust. Configured account: Authentication failed. Tried Kerberos auth: Incompatible authentication scheme chosen. Tried disabling SSO: You have been rejected by the server: You are currently not using the recommended version of the client
Sounds like the server is configured to reject backrev OCS clients. Shall I try the OCS for Pidgin Alpha 'libsipe.dll' (2011-03-19), and how do I install/test with it?
Any other debug I can glean in either Trillian or Pidgin?
Can I impersonate a newer version of the client with the 'User Agent' field?
Thanks for your help and work on the project~
