[Trilldev-develop] Developing issue

Hello, I am developing my first plugin in Trillian and I need to add either
a Preferences Page or a Menu where the user can select one of two options.
Can anyone please point out how to do this.

I would love to find more sample code for plugins but I can not find them.
I am using C++
