Obj file support seems like a very useful addition. I'll try to review this. Most likely I'll have time in the coming weekend.

Not having this functionality makes it harder for artists to create UV textures for the game, which is something we desire to be easy, so that we can replace the current license-unknown car textures with good-looking freely licensed ones.
