#8 Email Authentication for Subscribers

Hello,

This is a great little script, good work!
One small feature would be the icing on the cake for
me... the ability to use an 'authentication' feature that
requires all subscribers to be sent an email when they
sign up. Only after they click on the link and verify their
acceptance to be members of the list(s) will their email
be activated in the system.

Helps to keep the newsletter truly - opt-in - only....
