[Treesoft-treefam] Missing species

Hi,

We noticed that some species were missing many times in CLEAN trees (and 
maybe in other kind of trees).
This is the case for Ornithorhynchus anatinus (ORNAN) or Oryzias latipes 
(ORYLA).

And Takifugu rubripes (FUGRU) is always displayed as loss in trees, and 
is never present.


Is there an explanation ?
