[Treegross-infomail] update of Forest Simulator and treegross.jar

Dear Users:

I finally updated the treegross.jar and the Installationsfiles for the For=
estSimulator. 
Hope everything works. Otherwiese let me know.

The ForestSimulator has been improved by Susanne Schimpf. She put a lot of=
 
effort into it. 
There are some minor changes in the treegross.jar since Thomas Wutzler and=
 
Richard Zinck discovered some errors. Thankx!

This will be the last version of treegross in this form. Thomas Wutzler to=
ok the 
code and worked hard to improve it from the side of software engineering. =
So we 
will work on the ForestSimulator and the other applications to adapt it to=
 the new 
code. When that is done I will release Version 2.
