The treegross.jar has been updated. It would be probably good if you use this updated jar. Changes : 1.) There was a mistake in the crown width class. For smaller trees the crown width was no calculated corretly. 2.) There is a new routine TreatmentbyLoewe2. It was very simple but effective. You have to select crop trees. Neighbours of those crop trees will be removed if the crowns overlap. You can set a limit on how much volume you want to harvest at on point. This helps that dense stand will not get unstable. 3.) There is a new class NormalDistributed. That provides normal distributed values between plus and minus sigma. You can set sigma. 4.) The normal distributed value is used in the error component of DBH and height growth. 5.) The generation on distributions has been changed. Since the Weibull functions from me and Greg Biging are truncted at 7cm, it is actually not possible to create diameter distributions, with a desired dg of around 7cm. So now in case the difference of Dg-( Dmax-Dg ) is smaller than 7cm a normal distributed values are used. The difference (Dmax-dg) is the value of 3 sigma.
