[Treegross-infomail] new update

Dear everyone,

I updated the treegross.jar and the demo program for stand 
simulation. The demo program has a couple of new functions, like 
graphics and a stand designer. Unfortunately there is always other 
work to do, but I hope to work on a manual, better data im- and 
export, thinning and a VRML routine soon.
